The Agricultural Societies of Victoria
Conducted jointly by the RASV, VASA Ltd & Rotary.
Aims: - To highlight the talent, creativity and ingenuity of young rural Victorians and in doing so encourage entrants to be role models across local communities.
To encourage and reward enthusiastic, skilful and industrious young people who are actively involved in their community.
To assist all entrants through their participation to develop strong communication and leadership qualities.
Enable the applicant to gain greater proficiency in their chosen field and also to develop the applicant's stature and reputation in that chosen field.
Requirements: Entrants must be aged over 20 & under 30 years of age as at 1 May of the year of the State Final
Prizes: Certificates will be given at local level; Group winners will receive a trophy,
RAS Membership, and be provided with an official jacket to wear at the State Finals.
State final winner will receive a major prize and an opportunity to compete in national finals.
Judging criteria
Entrants must wear smart casual clothing and will be judged in accordance with the following guidelines:
Entries close: 3pm Show day and judging will take place on a date to be fixed.
Ages 16-19 years at time of local show
Aims: - To give young people a chance to take part in the competition whilst still residing in their local district.
-To meet new people from all ages with the same interests.

In front of the Beaufort Community Bank Complex
Age Groups: –
1 - Miss Toddler 5 yrs & under
2- Master Toddler 5 yrs & under
3 - Miss Showgirl 6-9 yrs;
4 - Master Showboy 6-9 yrs;
5 - Miss Showgirl 9-12 yrs
Sashes for 1st and 2nd in each class.
Every entrant gets a Certificate &
